Artists Registration Fees:  Each artist has a nominal registration fee for each site designed by LC Webworks.  Graphic Garden requires $10 per site. This fee is paid by the client, although we will register your site for you and add payment to your bill.

Domain Name & Web Hosting Registration:

Your domain name (ie: yourname.com) and web hosting account is included with your one time set up fee of $100.00.  Your purchased domain name will have an annual renew fee of $20.00.

Maintenance Packages & Updates

For updates and maintenance of your site you will have the option of paying monthly by the auto-billing method or prepaying for six months to one year in advance at a discounted rate..

Monthly Auto Billing:

 Maintenance of all pages *index’s only- $ 40.00 per month (with auto-bill). Updates will be completed once per month on a set date each month.

Bi-Annual Package:

For one low fee of $300.00 per six months you will receive two updates per month as you need text changes to your site such as having a sale, special announcements, new products, new employees, etc. Updates will be completed on the same dates each month unless a different date is requested.

*This package is payable monthly.

Annual Package:

You may find that you need updates monthly, bi-monthly or more often.  For a fee of $700.00 per year you will receive up to four text updates per month. Weekly updates include the following: text, graphic and photo changes on all pages weekly, when needed, as long as graphics, artwork & photos are internet ready for your site & provided ready to use.

* This package is payable monthly.

Not included in maintenance packages: New / additional pages added to your site, additional photos and ‘optional’ items are not included and have additional fees as stated above. Index changes are changes with typing / text only, not including new photos, artwork, and / or graphics unless they are web ready. There is a fee for photos, artwork & graphics that need customizing prior to adding to your website.
